Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass has issued Executive Order #1, guiding transitional housing solutions:

🛠️ Tiny homes, RVs, modular structures, and mobile homes are now permitted on affected properties for up to three years during rebuilding.

Many properties won’t be ready for months—with no operational water, sewer, or power. The Executive Order assumes homeowners can immediately place units on their land, but this isn’t always the case.
